HOW DOES IT WORK?

I can consult with you in several different ways depending on the level of engagement your business will need.

           Join your team as a dedicated consultant

           Manage and deliver a specific project related to Sales, Finance or Operations

           Provide training on new sales strategy or financial management and forecasting

IS THERE A MINIMUM COMMITMENT?

No, but a 3-month is usually what it takes to create and implement a plan. We will clearly define the objectives, understand the challenges, create a plan, implement and adjust to achieve the best outcome. If your challenge is smaller in scope, I am also available on an ad-hoc basis.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

It depends on where you are and what challenges we need to work on. Ongoing monthly engagements start at $2000/month. These are driven by scope and duration of the project. Ad hoc sessions are $250/hour.
